Respect for the Shop Goes a Long Way:

Buy from the shop you are visiting, and this goes for any shop/lounge you frequent, especially if you bring your own cigar. Don't take advantage of shop resources. Your patronage and support helps keep small businesses running.

When looking for a cigar to purchase, please do not sniff cigars unless you are buying it. Another customer will buy that cigar. It's not polite, and you gain nothing from it.

Do not lick your cigar when using a house cutter. It’s not just gross, it spreads germs, viruses, and other nastiness. Don’t do it. Ever.

Do not throw your cigar wrapper or bands into the ashtray. Please use the trash cans for that.

In general, make sure to adhere to shop rules. If you have a question, ask the staff. Additional etiquette and rules are posted in our shop.
